Home care should never come at the cost of human dignity or come with uncertainty about what proper service even means.
Proper Maid RAK was born from witnessing a broken system firsthand. We saw talented, hardworking domestic professionals treated as invisible, undervalued, and denied opportunities for growth. On the other side, we saw families living with constant worry about who they were letting into their homes, receiving inconsistent service with no clear standards, and struggling to get real support when things went wrong.
The industry lacked clarity. Service quality varied wildly. There were no defined standards, no accountability, and no genuine investment in the people doing the work. Families deserved better. Workers deserved better. The entire system needed to change.
That is why we started Proper Maid RAK.
Our story began with a simple but powerful belief: when you invest in the well-being, training, and professional development of domestic workers, everyone thrives. But we also knew that was only half the equation. Families deserve clearly defined service standards, transparent communication, responsive customer support, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing exactly what to expect.
We are setting a new standard for home care in the region. One where proper service is not a vague promise, but a commitment backed by training, technology, accountability, and genuine care for everyone involved.

We partner with official Tadbeer and MOHRE agencies to ensure every team member is verified, trained, and supported. We use intelligent technology to make booking easy, communication clear, and service delivery consistent.
